45 Weeks

Grandma LaLa gave Maximus this big furry monkey. And as much fun as this little guy looks like he's having, he's actually more fascinated by the tags than anything else, when he sees the monkey.

Maximus also loves his comb and brush that we use on his hair...so much so, that we had to buy him another set for him to play with; however, I think we could use several sets...one up stairs, downstairs, in the car, the kitchen, etc. etc.

Last week we were eating dinner, the three of us and we gave Maximus some of the veggies from the soup we had. He really liked the beans and carrots and potatoes. Rob kept talking to Maximus and saying..."b-b-b-b---bean."

"BEAN?"

Really?

That's the word you want to try and teach him to say?
haha...

Well, this is it...the last week before Christmas.

I'm gonna try and do a couple more posts at least this week and hope to stop by and see how you are doing.

Happy day!

I love the Cheeky Monkey, but even moreso the cuddly little boy!! And if you think Maximus is smitten with his brush and comb, just wait until he starts playing with wrapping paper and boxes from presents under the tree!!!
May your Christmas be blessed, and filled with joy and hope, because of the One we celebrate!
love,
dawne

My nephew, Ethan, just got a huge gorilla for Christmas (Teresa's youngest). I had to double-take to see if it was the same kind of gorilla!
