Syrup

Kind of a mischievious look, don't you think? This little guy likes to take this container when we have the refrigerator open. He thinks it's funny. We keep it on the bottom shelf of the door. He'll reach in, grab the handle and proceed to walk off with it. Now it's become a little game - I chase him down, whisk it from him, and put it away. I don't really need to put it away anymore though, because he'll do it himself if we open the fridge door again. Ha! What a funny boy.

Since he loves this container so much we replaced the syrup with some rice. Less chance for a sticky mess...plus it makes a nice shaker.

Happy day!

Beautiful boy!! Isn't it amazing how children really do find their own favorite toys? We can spend so much money on nice toys but then... a hand cream container or a syrup jar become their favorite! I guess as long as Mom, Dad and Jesus are around... that's all that really matters!
Blessings!

PRECIOUS HEIDI,

Thank you for your visit and for going over to Karena's blog. She really did a beautiful job and I am so blessed by the outcome of people who have at least commented! I do believe that once school starts, I can go out locally and start involving myself with artist guilds but most of all, selling to shops. I have an appointment with a nice shop in town who saw my work on Pinterest and my blog; she wants to sell my cards! I just need to get OUT THERE! I am so ready to close up my classroom. It was a wondrous journey but it is time to start another decade (God willing) in my life to give it a shot of artistry and writing.

Thank you for your loving support my friend! Anita

Oh how I love this picture of our little man. HE IS READY TO TAKE ON HIS WORLD!

Well Heidi my dear, you described a teacher's job perfectly. I have so many hats to wear, I have lost track. A noble profession indeed, if only the system were not so tight and uptight. THANK YOU for recognizing the challenge and i pray that when it is little Maximus's turn to go to school that he will encounter teachers who are fresh and ready to plunge in. For those of us who are spent, it is best to move on to something else. Are you thinking of homeschooling?

MUCH LOVE TO YOU!! Anita
