Happy Easter!

We have been having some beautiful spring weather! Thank you for the well wishes - we are all feeling well now.

 

This week when I took M shopping, he got so excited when he saw balloons at the dollar store. I tied the string to his wrist and he had a ball walking a running outside. It's the first time he's ever left it there without a fuss.

 

This little bunny melts my heart. I had to buy him these ears.

 

Yesterday I decorated eggs...I can't remember the last time I've done this. So much fun!

Maximus at 4 months old


First Rob got sick, then Maximus and I got the bug, so I haven't been blogging much lately. We are feeling much better though and hope to return soon!

These Boots are SO Cool!

Last weekend, Rob's parents gave Maximus these adorable fireman rubber boots. When we got home from their house he wore them for a couple hours over his footed sleeper/jammies.
 

 

  They also gave him this cool umbrella that goes along with the boots.


It goes without saying that he has been enjoying the box they came in just about as much as anything else.


Now, we just need a good day of rain and for Maximus to be over his cold and he'll be able to have some fun splashing in the puddles.

The Boy in the Box

Last week Maximus enjoyed sitting on the couch in the tight confines of an empty diaper box.

He was quite comfy and cozy...

We played the game of passing his tools back and forth to each other.

 

Small objects fit through the box handle and were easy for him to grab.

Pregnancy Update:

Good news = I am at 16 weeks, and feeling much better. The nauseousness left about a week ago. Yay! I can't tell you how thankful I am for that.

 

We get to find out the sex of the baby on April 3rd! Whoo hoo. Any guesses on what it will be?

 

If I ask Maximus what's in my tummy he'll say baby. I figured he was "getting it," but then when I ask him what's in his tummy, he responds, baby as well. And this goes for Papa's tummy as well. LOL...

 

 

Hope you are doing well. I am so ready for spring. What about you? Today we had sunshine along with these fluffy white clouds. It was wonderful!
