Double Take

Several months back, my Mom was given an old photograph that someone had taken years ago of her. When she showed it to me, I was taken back at how much we look alike; although, she was much younger in this picture than I am today.

Has anyone ever said that you looked like somebody else? Perhaps, you resemble a family member, actress or maybe you just have a familiar face?

There's something about old, black & white photos...they speak so much...

Costco

One of my favorite stores is Costco. Where else can you buy a 3-6 month supply of toilet paper and enough peanut butter to feed an entire school of children lunch for a week?
ha ha...

I love their flowers their too. They always have such pretty colors & arrangements.

Garden Flowers

For the Birds

Rob & I had some time to kill before we went to a meeting in Portland on Tuesday. So, we took a little walk around the Stenzel Healing Garden at the Hospital. What a beautiful stretch of trees & flowers. The therapeutic garden was created to offer some tranquility to patients, Doctors, families & visitors.

I especially enjoyed seeing some really unique birdhouses...
