Celebrating

Last Friday, the 19th, I celebrated my birthday. My parents treated me and the boys to lunch. Then later that day, Rob and the boys took me to dinner.

I thought it would be funny to photoshop the number of months on my shirt. haha...You can do the math.

Saturday morning I went to breakfast with a friend, whose birthday was on the 20th. And, I still have other get togethers to attend with family and friends. I'll be stringing out the festivities for weeks. Whoohoo!

What about you? Do you like celebrating your birthday when it rolls around?

You have let me experience the joys of life and the exquisite pleasure of your own eternal presence.
Psalm 16:11 (TLB) - via biblegateway.com

Happy day!

First of all, that scripture says it all for me. I give Him thanks for such an experience, and to think that He's extended our existence by giving us LIFE ETERNAL....wowsers.

HEIDI! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY FRIEND! What better way to celebrate than with FAMILY. I have no one other than Ruben and in fact, today is HIS birthday. But we are so far away from any family that's left that our Bdays just go unnoticed, uncelebrated. We went out this weekend to be together and we had fun, but no fanfare. But I wish you so much JOY as you continue on with the celebration of every day.

BIG HUGS MY FRIEND!

MY SISTER! And...."Hello there Penny!"

Are you having rain out there? We have had the BEST several weeks but no rain, so I need to get out there this weekend and soak my boxwoods before the frost come and we have to turn off our water. We started out with such a wet spring, but since mid July, it's been dry.

How are you dear one?

I must run off to work, but thank you so much for coming by to visit! HUGS!

You should market that shirt! That made me smile. I am like you and love to spread the fun over a period of time with the different groups of people who tolerate me in everyday life. ha!
It's your Birthday Week!
Happy Birthday! I hope you have a blessed week.

Good morning sweet sister!

I wanted to come by to thank you for your comment of last night....you are so special to me and I pray that FREEDOM to be who you really are will come down upon you and sweep you away. I think we all struggle with that; I know I do...because when I am truly who I am, people often think of me as strange!! HAHAHAHHHAHA - that's true!

Now off to be the teacher I'm trying to be. MUCH LOVE!
