Cactus

I LOVE flowers! Ones that bloom indoors are an extra special treat. We have a couple of cactus plants. I think this one might be a Christmas or Easter Cactus. It's hard to tell. Actually, I think it might have a couple varieties potted together. It tends to bloom around Christmas time and occasionally other times of the year. Right now, it has a ton of new buds on it, getting ready to pop open! I can't wait....





I couldn't resist taking a picture of the monkeys that are sitting next to the cactus. See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil. Is that the right order?

Those cactus are beautiful - you'll have to post again when they have bloomed!

So - is it time to go back again? I remember saying that we would do it again in x years. Has it been x years yet????

I think my mom has that kind of cactus too. She has always called it a Christmas cactus. They are so pretty.
My plants aren't fairing so well...
They've never quite recovered from moving them out of CA. I think they are still pouting! LOL
