HELLO THERE MAXIMUS DEAR! You darling little man you.
Oh Heidi, I have to tell you that when we were doing the EARTH MATERIALS science unit on rocks, one of my little man scientists was so intrigued and grateful to me for teaching them about these earth gems that he came to school one day that week with a gift for me. He shyly came up to me to tell me he had a present for me. He handed me an awkwardly wrapped "thing" and as I opened it, it was A ROCK! teeehee...one of the most darling gifts I had ever received. He dug it up and even IDENTIFIED the kind it was! He will charm his wife to be one day with a REAL ROCK for her finger, I am sure!
teeheee...isn't that a funny story? I tell ya, it is one of the best gifts I have ever received next to the REAL ROCK Ruben gave me 32 years ago! teeeheee
Good morning dearest! Hmmmmm....maybe I will write a little post on that rock gift....I think I already know what it will BE!
This coming Monday an OLD FRIEND from high school that I have not seen in 37 years is coming to SEE US! She will be with us the entire week so I will be away from the computer.
I may put up a quick post on Friday to inform my readers I will be off line.
What do you have planned for today? Our temps have cooled down to a pleasant 82-85...what a difference!
Hi Heidi What a pumpkin he is! Such a wonderful age.. Enjoy every moment! Thank you so much for coming over for a visit and your kind words about my mice. Blessings, Penny
